Our name is pronounced "love muffin."
Are LXVE MXFFIN liquid lipsticks vegan?
Yes, all of our liquid lipsticks are vegan or vegan friendly. Some products may contain carmine, which is made from the shell of the cochineal beetle.
Are LXVE MXFFIN liquid lipsticks cruelty free?
Yes! Our products are not tested on animals.
What is your order processing time?
Processing time is 1-3 days. We try to process orders as quickly as possible for all of your impromptu selfie sessions :)
What method is used for shipping?
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). You have the option of First Class or Priority shipping at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
First Class Mail - 3-8 days | Priority Mail - 2-5 days
Does LXVE MXFFIN ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, or to states outside of the continental US, at this time. Sorry, babe :(
My package says it was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Some packages may be marked delivered prematurely by your mail carrier. In the event that this is not the case, please contact USPS (United States Postal Service). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What is your return/refund policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are not accepting any returns. There are also no refunds.
What if I received the wrong product?
We will definitely send you the correct item. Please send an email to support@lxvemxffin.com with your name, order number, packing slip, and picture(s) of incorrect item(s).
I am a beauty blogger or influencer, do you offer sponsorship?
LXVE MXFFIN currently does not offer sponsorship.
